Starvex: Space Shooter

Starvex is a space shooter about one thing: your fleet. You start with a single ship. Fly through the gates between waves - +1, +5, x2 - and a lone fighter becomes a wall of ships firing as one. Every five gates your whole fleet refits into a stronger hull, from Scout and Interceptor up through Destroyer and Star Reaper to Celestial Omega. 100 MISSIONS ACROSS 10 GALAXIES Chart a course from the Outer Reach to the Vex Heartland: ten galaxies, one hundred missions, each with its own worlds, hazards and enemy fleets. Frozen frontiers, crystal fields, lava forges, ocean strongholds, stellar nurseries, wreckage fields, and the citadel waiting at the end of it all. ENEMIES THAT ARRIVE IN ORDER Rift Mantas, Iron Scarabs, Volt Wardens, Brood Reapers and Obsidian Lancers each enter the campaign at their own mission, so every chapter teaches you something before it tests you. Every fifth mission a Crown Devourer blocks the lane: weak points to break, a charge beam to dodge, burning meteors to shoot out of the sky. SHIPS AND LIVES ARE SEPARATE Ram an enemy and you lose a ship. Let one escape past you and you lose a defence life. Run out of either and the mission ends - so every gate is a choice between pushing forward and holding the line. UPGRADES THAT STAY Missions pay out Stardust. Spend it on Weapon Core, Fire Control, Squad Bay and Defense Matrix, and every upgrade carries into every mission you fly after. GAME CENTER Leaderboards for your best mission and your lifetime haul, daily and weekly boards that reset, 24 achievements, and challenges you can send to a friend.
