About
FD CLASS II is an iPhone chess trainer built around one loop: play a game, study the moments you got wrong, and drill the pattern. Your day has a shape • One training game against an opponent sized to your rating • A review of the critical mistakes from that game • Spaced-repetition drills that turn those positions into habit Play The opponent is not full-strength engine play. Search depth is capped to your rating so the game is winnable and loseable. You alternate colors so you are not always White. Review After the game, analysis runs on your device. The review highlights the moments that actually cost the game — not a wall of numbers. Train Today’s puzzles come from your own leaks: tactics, endgames, and habits that keep showing up. Endgame drills are separate from the daily ten-puzzle set, so a session stays a predictable length. Progress A rating chart, a curriculum ladder, and a clear list of what is costing you points. First-run calibration sets your starting strength before the daily loop begins. Everything stays on the device No account. No server. No network call at runtime. Analysis, coaching, and ratings are computed locally. Your games stay on your phone. Includes the Stockfish engine for on-device analysis and sparring.Read more
