Pirate Keys

Pirate Keys is a custom keyboard that rewrites what you type with pirate vocabulary and grammar. Use it to surprise a friend, change up the group chat, or give an ordinary reply a little more character. TYPE. TAP. TRANSLATE. Write your message and tap to translate. Tap again for a different version, or hold the translation button to restore your original words. On an empty line, it gives you a pirate saying instead. WORDS WITH CONTEXT. The translator considers each sentence before changing its words. A KEYBOARD THAT MOVES. Your keyboard becomes the deck of a pirate ship, with moving waves, drifting clouds, and ships sailing across the horizon. The details respond to your touch, too. Cutlasses clash on the space bar, backspace rings the ship’s bell, and the wheel on return spins with a click. Open the number layout to hear a treasure chest, or send a message with the sound of a bottle splashing into the sea. OFFLINE AND PRIVATE. Translation happens entirely on your phone. Pirate Keys works without Full Access and collects no data.
