Taken: Medication Log & Refill

Taken answers one question: have I already taken it? Not "remind me". A record. Open the app and today is there — what is taken, what is still due, and where "now" falls between them. WHAT IT DOES • A timeline of your day. Doses already taken lie flat on the line. Doses still due are raised cards that cross it. You read the state from the shape, not from a colour. • Alarms that get through. A dose alarm can pierce silent mode and Focus, for the medication where missing it matters. It never shows which medication it is for — only the person and the time. • Supply that counts itself down. Tell it what is in the box once; every dose you record takes one off, and the app tells you the day you would run out. • A report for the visit. A PDF laid out to be read by a doctor, and a CSV of your raw history, because your data should be yours outside this app too. • More than one person. A phone often holds a whole household's therapy. Each person has their own medications, their own schedules, their own history. • On the lock screen, in Control Centre, in Spotlight and in Siri. Record a dose without opening the app. NO ACCOUNT, AND NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE There is no sign-up, no email and no password, because there is no server to sign in to. Your therapy is stored on your device. Switch iCloud on and it is mirrored into your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read. Switch it off and the app is exactly the same. No analytics. No advertising. No third-party code of any kind. Free, and it stays free. BUILT TO BE USED BY ANYONE Every screen works with VoiceOver. At the accessibility text sizes the timeline changes shape instead of squeezing, so nothing is cut off. No state is told by colour alone. Taken does not give medical advice, does not judge you and does not keep score. It is a place to write down what you took, so you can stop trying to remember.
