Yes Yoga Nola

A teacher-owned, community-oriented, and student-driven, *mostly* hot yoga studio in uptown New Orleans. At Yes Yoga we offer accessible and effective classes for everyone, including Hot 26 (Bikram) Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, Core Strength classes, unheated flow classes, and many others. We offer something to suit many levels, moods, and schedules. Our purpose is to facilitate and encourage the practice of yoga in Uptown New Orleans, and to share our love of yoga: the deep connection between body, mind, self, other, community, and the greater whole.
