Velocity Rides

Velocity is a ride-hailing app built for Pakistan, where the fare is something you and the driver agree on rather than something an algorithm hands down. NAME YOUR FARE You offer a price, nearby drivers accept it or bid back, and you choose who to ride with. Before you offer, Velocity shows you what the same trip typically costs on inDrive and Yango, so you are not guessing. SHARE THE RIDE, SPLIT THE FARE Start a shared ride and other riders going your way can find it and join while it is still looking for a driver. Everyone pays a per-seat share instead of the whole fare. Once a driver has taken the ride, they approve anyone new before the car changes. PAY THE WAY YOU ALREADY PAY Cash, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, a bank transfer, or your Velocity wallet. You choose every method you are willing to use and the driver sees them before they accept. CITY TO CITY, AND PARCELS TOO Book an intercity trip, send a courier without riding along, or hire a car with a driver for a longer journey. TRAVEL PARTNER Find people heading the same way, join a city group, and plan a trip before you book it. SAFETY Drivers verify their identity and photograph their vehicle before they can go online. You can report or block anyone, and manage everyone you have blocked from one screen. Velocity is for riders aged 18 and over. Rides are paid in the real world, not in the app.
