FocusStride helps you make time for tasks, habits, and study sessions with a clear focus timer and a record of your effort. CHOOSE YOUR TASK Start with Quick (5 minutes) or Focused (25 minutes), or choose the time you want to give a task. Save tasks for later and build habits around your day. KEEP YOUR TIMER IN VIEW Follow the circular countdown, pause and resume, or finish early. See your active timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. Your session survives navigation and relaunch. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Keep completed focus sessions in your win collection, unlock ring finishes, and review your effort in Calendar. Finishing a focus session and finishing the task are separate choices.
