About

Kalo.Quest is a calorie counter that works from a photo. Point the camera at your plate and, in seconds, calories, protein, carbs and fat land in your day. No account, no barcode hunting, no scrolling through a food database. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take a picture of any meal, home cooked or takeaway. 2. The app identifies the foods, estimates the portions, and returns calories and macros. 3. Check the result, adjust a portion if it looks off, save. Your day is up to date. Rather not take a picture? Type what you ate instead, in plain words. WHAT YOU GET - Calories, protein, carbs and fat from one photo - A daily calorie target built from your profile and the goal you choose: lose, maintain, or build - Macro targets alongside the calorie ring, so protein does not get forgotten - Weight log that adjusts the plan as you go - Workout log: pick an activity, enter the minutes, and what you burn goes back into the day - History by day, week and month, with averages and streaks - Progress photos, kept on the phone - Three small quests a day, 56 trophies, and levels - Optional meal reminders, kilograms or pounds, light and dark A FOOD DIARY YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY KEEP Most food diaries die on data entry. Replacing search-and-weigh with a photo turns a five-minute chore into ten seconds. That is the whole difference between a log you keep and one you abandon in week two. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE - No account, no sign-up, no password - Your food log, weight, workouts, trophies and progress photos are stored on the device - A meal photo is sent out only to be analysed, and is not kept afterwards - Your journal and your statistics work offline; only the analysis needs a connection - Export everything, or erase everything, from Settings FREE, PAID FOR BY ADS Kalo.Quest is free. Ads pay for the analysis, up to 30 photo analyses a day. There is no subscription and no paywall. Advertisers never see what you eat, what you weigh, or what you are aiming for. GOOD FOR - Counting calories without weighing every ingredient - Watching macros while losing, holding, or building - Home cooked meals that no barcode can read - Starting a food diary again after abandoning a heavier one Kalo.Quest gives nutrition estimates for general wellness tracking. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and its numbers are estimates rather than measurements. Talk to a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, and especially before setting a weight goal for a child, during pregnancy, or alongside a medical condition.Read more
