About

Snap your meal. Understand your day. Fitness brings photo-based food estimates, daily calorie totals, and weight trends into a simple food diary. Review the photo upload consent before analysis. Let AI suggest the foods and portions, then check what you actually ate before saving. PHOTO ESTIMATES YOU CAN EDIT Photograph your plate or choose a photo to estimate calories, protein, carbs, and fat by ingredient. Adjust grams, remove a mistaken item, or add missing food, sauce, and cooking oil. You can also scan a nutrition label, then check its serving basis and the amount you ate. A CLEAR DAILY CALORIE PICTURE Use your age, height, weight, and activity level to estimate resting energy needs, daily expenditure, and an intake target. Log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to see your remaining target budget. Once all three main meals are logged, see an estimated deficit or surplus relative to daily expenditure. LESS REPEATED TYPING Save favorite meals and reuse recent meals or yesterday's entries. Use Quick Log when you know the nutrition values or don't have a photo. Manual logging and saved history remain available offline. Edit or delete entries whenever you need to. TRENDS, NOT DAILY PRESSURE Review seven-day intake, four-week logging consistency, protein-goal days, and weekly weight averages. Get gentle plan check-ins when enough data is available. A missed day or a single weight fluctuation won't automatically reduce your target. A LIGHTWEIGHT DIARY, UNDER YOUR CONTROL No account required. Your profile, weight, and food records are stored on this device by default. Export and restore a full backup, share a food log, or delete local data. Optional reminders are off until you enable them. Available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Important: For adults 18+ and general wellness only, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Photos cannot precisely measure weight, hidden ingredients, or cooking oil. Calories, nutrients, and expenditure are estimates; review them before use. AI recognition requires internet access and is subject to service availability and shared usage limits. Measurements use kg, cm, and g.Read more
