Jubbo Kids: Smart Learning Toy

Jubbo is a small box with a microphone, a speaker and two eyes that plays learning out loud with children aged 3 to 15, in English, Hindi or Gujarati. Stories are the door in. Behind it are first English words, vocabulary, spelling, the times tables, spoken English sentences, an animal-sound safari and a story your child builds with their own words. It plays one activity at a time and then stops. There is no open-ended conversation mode, no persona that remembers your child, and nothing runs unless a parent has started it. Every activity teaches something, and none of them announce it. The box speaks your child's home language and brings English in a little at a time — more as they get comfortable. It is built for a room: siblings and visiting children play together, and a child playing alone never hears a score. This app is for the grown-ups. Your child never uses the phone. WHAT JUBBO PLAYS • Story Time — long, chaptered stories with real sound effects, told in Hindi, Gujarati or English. Ages 3–15. • Word Lab — first English words for little ones, each one explained in the language they speak at home. Ages 3–5. • Sound Safari — hear an animal, name it, and it climbs into the jeep. Ages 3–5. • Vocabulary — a word taught with its meaning and an example, then asked back. Ages 6–15. • Spelling Bee — the box says a word and a sentence, your child spells it aloud. Ages 6–15. • Table Time — the times tables as a chant, with the box keeping the rhythm. Ages 3–15. • Say It In English — the box asks in Hindi, your child answers in English. Ages 6–15. • Story Builder — your child's own words become the story. Ages 3–15. • Coming soon: Mental Maths, and Revise a Chapter — photograph a chapter from your child's schoolbook and the box quizzes them on it. WHAT YOU DO HERE • Set up the box on your home Wi-Fi in a few minutes. • Add each child: a first name, an age, and the language spoken at home. • Pick the activity and who is playing — including a visitor or a parent joining in. • Assign an activity to each of the box's three buttons so a child can start it themselves. • See what happened: which activity, who played, how long, and a one-line summary. WHAT THE BOX DOES NOT DO • It does not record or store your child's voice. Audio is turned into text to answer the turn, then discarded. • It keeps no transcripts. • It shows no advertising and sells nothing. • It does not listen between activities. There is no wake word.
