Standkeep

Standkeep keeps a small Canadian corporation in good standing. It derives your statutory calendar from the corporation's own profile — its jurisdiction, incorporation date, fiscal year end and tax accounts — and tells you what to file, where, and by when. Every deadline carries its source: the section of the Act or the agency's own statement that fixes it, in both official languages. Standkeep states dates and cites sources. It does not interpret them, does not file on your behalf, and never holds a government credential. All fourteen Canadian jurisdictions are modelled: federal (CBCA), every province and every territory, plus the CRA and Revenu Québec filings that follow the fiscal year.
