AI 360 Video: Pano Player

You shot it in every direction. Now watch it that way. A player for the 360 video already in your library — the files a panoramic camera leaves you with, the ones ordinary players show as a warped mess. Turn your phone and the picture turns with you. Then take the view out with you. What you were looking at becomes a photo, or a clip that plays anywhere. --- Look around, three ways • Follow the phone — turn where you want to look and the picture follows • Drag with a finger instead, for watching while walking or lying down • Lock the framing where you left it, and let the video play on • Pinch to zoom in on something across the square Keep what you found • Save what is on screen as a photo, in the direction and zoom you were watching • Record it as a flat clip — an ordinary video anyone can open, with no headset and no special player • Playback from half speed to two and a half times, for finding the moment Hide the people you did not mean to film • Scan a video for faces, and every face it finds is hidden before anything leaves the app • Review them as a grid of pictures — clear ones, not blurred thumbnails, because you cannot judge a face you cannot see • Take back anyone you want left visible: the performer on stage, your own family • Add what the scan missed by tapping them while you watch • A mosaic instead of a blur, when it should be obvious that something was hidden on purpose • A long scan carries on if you leave the screen, and picks up where it stopped rather than starting over Cover the tripod • Every 360 camera leaves a blemish directly below it — the tripod, or your own feet • Put an image over it: your own picture, or the code that points back here • Size, angle and strength are yours; the preview looks straight down, which is the only view where you can judge it • The result is still a 360 file, tagged so other players know it One pass, not two Hiding faces and covering the bottom happen in the same encode.
