When an alarm appears, complete the task or snooze it for later. • Keep today’s tasks, upcoming plans, and personal lists in one place. • Set one-time or repeating alarms, including selected weekdays and yearly reminders. • Save Quick alarms for tasks you use again. • Speak an alarm draft on a supported iPhone, then review it before setting the alarm. • Create a personal alarm using Siri or Shortcuts, with confirmation of the task, date, and time. • Choose light or dark appearance and a color palette that feels right to you. Personal task features work without a sharing account. Personal tasks stay on your device unless you explicitly share them. Voice entry in the app is processed on your iPhone. Requires iOS 26 or later. Alarm and voice features depend on device support, permissions, and system settings.
