Optional Tangocoin packs use Apple In-App Purchase. Your saved balance lets you use hints, new attempts and unlocks offline. Purchases and leaderboards need internet; purchases do not require iCloud. Leaderboards are optional. Only after your consent do we upload saved past and future level completions. Delete your leaderboard profile in the app at any time; your progress and coins remain.
