Voice features send audio to an AI service and require microphone permission. Use voice while parked or as a passenger, never while driving. PREPARE AND SHARE PDFs Generate daily-report and field-ticket PDFs. Use your device's sharing options, or send through a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox where your organisation permits it. Recipient and subject handling can vary by mail app; MARA provides copy controls as a backup. KEEP INVENTORY MOVING Record items, quantities, locations and condition. Scan inventory labels and use optional photo-based AI suggestions to help identify items. Confirm or correct the suggested details before saving. WORK ACROSS YOUR ASSIGNED COMPANIES Switch between the companies you have access to, with roles and permissions managed separately for each company. Managers can administer team access and review company reporting. AI suggestions, weather information and trend estimates support your work; they do not replace professional judgement or site safety procedures.
