HopMango

HopMango is the on-call app for teams that run their own servers with HopMango, the monitoring platform. It is the phone-sized face of what your HopMango server already knows: incidents first, then hosts and checks. WHAT YOU GET - Incidents, worst first. One incident is one thing that is wrong, however many checks it knocked over. See severity, status, how many checks it spans and how long it has been open. - Take it or close it. Acknowledge an incident to stop repeat notifications, resolve it when it is fixed, and leave a note for whoever comes next. - Enough context to decide. Each incident carries its timeline, the checks it affected, the metrics that moved and what changed on the host just before. Mango AI can suggest a cause; it never acts on its own. - Hosts and checks. Your fleet with its state, each host with its checks and recent transitions, each check with its rules and the last hour of data. WHAT IT NEEDS HopMango signs in with your HopMango account. The app creates none and sells nothing: an owner of your organization invites you. Before you have one, tap "Try the demo" on the sign-in screen to see how it works with sample data that never leaves the phone. NOTIFICATIONS Incidents in your organizations can reach you as a notification; tap it and the incident opens. They are optional, off until you turn them on in Settings, and the app works without them. Critical alerts that sound with the phone on silent come in a later version, once Apple grants the entitlement. PRIVACY The app talks only to HopMango's own service. Your session is kept in the device Keychain. There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Good systems, brighter days.
