FIWB Client Portal

The FIWB Client Portal is the mobile client for the FIWB Solutions Portal. Everything you do on the web portal, you can now do from your phone. TICKETS See your open work at a glance, open a ticket with photos or documents attached, follow the conversation, and reply with files. Archived and resolved tickets stay one tap away. PROJECTS Your dashboard shows your tickets and the projects FIWB is running for you. Open a project to see its screens, shared files and open tickets. FEATURE REQUESTS Ask for what you need next. A request can span one or more projects, and the thread keeps the discussion in one place. FILES Shared assets and contract PDFs are available on your phone and open in the share sheet. NOTIFICATIONS Turn on push notifications to hear about ticket updates as they happen. Notifications follow the same preferences as your emails, and you can switch them off at any time. SECURITY Access is by invitation from FIWB Solutions. Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and recovery codes is supported, and your session is stored in the device keychain.
