You press start when the shift begins. At the end of the month the Stundenzettel is ready, the one your employer wants signed. In German, with English beside it. Start, pause, resume or finish: that is how you record a shift. If your days are often the same length, one tap repeats the last shift and you correct the hours when you need to. Whatever you forget, you can add by hand later, and if the clock is still running in the evening, your phone reminds you. Your weekly plan says how much you are supposed to work, and the app turns that into a balance: hours worked, holiday and sick days, plus the surplus or shortfall you carry forward. It knows the public holidays of your federal state and suggests them for the month; you just say yes or no. With the full version you build the Arbeitszeitnachweis for a month or for a period of your own, the 15th to the 15th if that is how your employer pays. Every row is one day: start, end, break and your net hours. Below that the month's total, the target and the balance that carries into the next month, and at the bottom the date and a line each for your signature and your employer's. Next to the German labels you get the translation in English, Polish or Ukrainian. You can see what the finished sheet looks like as a sample before your first entry. It comes out as a PDF, a CSV or an image you send in a chat. The basic version is free. It includes time tracking, the balance, absences, CSV export and a backup file you can restore. Your work-time records stay on the iPhone: no account, no sign-in, no ads and no automatic cloud backup. Data only leaves your phone when you export a report, a CSV file or a backup yourself.
