About
Four or five minutes a day to see how your head is doing today. ■ Three checks a day, 4-5 minutes The date decides them. You do not pick. Reaction Time runs every day; the other two rotate — that way there is always a line back to yesterday. · Reaction Time — tap the moment the screen changes · Color & Word — choose the ink color, not the word · Code Memory — see digits for a moment, then type them back · Keep the Beat — listen, then tap at the same pace · Spot the Difference — one cell differs between two pictures · Number Trail — tap scattered numbers in order from 1 · Arrow Direction — ignore the sides, watch only the middle · Digits Backward — type what you saw, in reverse · Count the Dots — how many, quickly · Path Memory — retrace the cells in the order they lit up · Letter Search — find only the target letter among many · Find the Rule — see three groups, choose what comes next ■ Reaction Time is measured 20 times — one minute One or two taps get lost in chance. So Reaction Time runs 20 trials — about a minute — and also shows how many responses were slower than half a second. The first three runs are marked as getting-used-to runs and kept out of the trend: at the start everyone improves simply by getting used to the task. ■ No competing with anyone No leaderboards. No scores to beat. No comparison with your age group. The only thing you are measured against is yesterday's you. ■ Note how the day was One tap after a check records the day's condition — slept well, short on sleep, coffee, alcohol. As records build up, the app tells you how days like that went for you. When the evidence is thin, it says nothing at all. ■ Records stay on this iPhone This app does not use the internet. There is no account. What you measure is stored on the device and sent nowhere. You can delete everything at any time, or export it as plain text. ■ It will not tell you that you did badly Condition changes every day. On a short night, slow is what you would expect. The app does not grade you. It tells you how today differed from yesterday, and nothing more. ■ Who it is for · Anyone who wants to measure a day that feels unusually foggy · Anyone who likes a record kept in numbers · Anyone looking for an app that ends quickly ----------------- These checks are for personal reference and interest only. They are not a medical test or diagnosis. If you are worried about your health, speak to a professional.Read more

■ Reaction Time is measured 20 times — one minute
One or two taps get lost in chance. So Reaction Time runs 20 trials — about a minute —
and also shows how many responses were slower than half a second.
The first three runs are marked as getting-used-to runs and kept out of the trend:
at the start everyone improves simply by getting used to the task.
■ No competing with anyone
No leaderboards. No scores to beat. No comparison with your age group.
The only thing you are measured against is yesterday's you.
■ Note how the day was
One tap after a check records the day's condition — slept well, short on sleep, coffee, alcohol.
As records build up, the app tells you how days like that went for you.
When the evidence is thin, it says nothing at all.
■ Records stay on this iPhone

Three fixes. · Practice and Mix would stop instead of moving on when a task ended. Fixed. · In Count the Dots the correct answer was always the third option. It now lands in a different place each time. · Keep the Beat gave no feedback while you tapped. There is now a cross in the middle, and every tap answers with colour and a click. Please note: Count the Dots and Keep the Beat are measured differently from now on. Earlier results are still saved, but they are left out of the trend — they cannot sit side by side.
