Your Talent Pipeline

ACCESS IS BY INVITATION FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION. Your Talent Pipeline is for people whose organization uses it and has invited them. Having a GroupWork account, or signing in without an invitation, does not give access to any organization's data. Your Talent Pipeline tracks high-potential people, promotion readiness and bench strength across every region, brand and location — in one live view your operators will keep current. It is built for multi-unit operators: restaurant groups, retail chains, franchise organizations, and any company running the same roles in many places. THE PIPELINE Every tracked person sits on a rung and points at the next one. Open a region and you see the candidates beneath it, most-ready first, grouped by the location they work at today. Readiness has three fixed states — ready now, three to six months, and identified — and your organization can label those, and the ladder of rungs above them, in its own words. What a brand calls a rung never changes what the system means by it, so an organization running several brands still rolls up to one number. COVERAGE A vacancy is only a surprise if nobody was counting. The dashboard counts continuously: which locations have no ready successor, which have nobody willing to move in, how readiness is distributed at each level, and how many promotions actually happened this fiscal year. Coverage gaps and relocation supply are counted separately, because they are different problems. PERMISSIONS, SET PER CATEGORY Succession data is not uniformly sensitive. A general manager's readiness is a normal conversation; a flight-risk assessment is not. Permissions are set per category of information and per level of the tree, so two leaders opening the same person can see genuinely different records. A category you cannot see is absent rather than greyed out, because a permission should never read as a missing feature. Nobody sees their own record in their own pipeline, at any level. Every rule is enforced in the database, not by hiding things in the interface. BUILT FOR THE REAL STRUCTURE Organization, brand and location, nested as deep as your structure actually goes. The data model was designed against organizations running 2,500 or more locations. WHO CAN USE IT Your Talent Pipeline is set up by an organization for its own people. Each person gets in by invitation from their organization's administrator. • Your sign-in is a GroupWork account, the same sign-in used across GroupWork's apps. Having one does not give access to Your Talent Pipeline or to any organization in it. • Signing in without an invitation shows an Access Required screen and no organization's data.
