About
Your next workout, figured out. A coach who learns from your training and helps you work toward your goals. Bring your Apple Watch workouts into one ongoing conversation with mammoth, and work out what comes next together. START WITH YOUR TRAINING Connect Apple Health to bring in your workouts and their recorded details. Your latest workout comes first; your earlier training follows in the background. MAKE YOUR NEXT WORKOUT COUNT Your coach proposes each workout with clear targets. Accept it and add it to your Apple Watch. Preparing for a race, getting stronger, or building consistency? Share your goal—or ask your coach to help choose one. Discuss a next session that builds on your recent training and fits the time you have. UNDERSTAND WHAT TO CHANGE After a workout syncs, your coach checks in, as a notification if you allow them. Ask about a set of intervals, the finish of a run, or how a ride felt. Your coach can examine available recorded measurements, not just whole-workout averages, to help explain what happened and what to try next. Original readings remain available in each workout. ADAPT WHEN LIFE CHANGES Less time, heavy legs, a new priority: tell your coach and work out an adjustment together. Running, cycling, strength and other training belong in the same picture. You can separately choose to share Apple Health sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate. Fueling and food context come from what you tell your coach. YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE Sign in with Apple. With your permission, mammoth stores your messages and imported training in your account and shares relevant information with OpenAI for AI coaching. Review your training preferences, manage sharing, clear what your coach has noted, pause coaching or delete your account in Settings. Coaching requires internet access. Available detail depends on your source data and permissions; missing readings are not filled in. mammoth provides AI-generated training guidance, not medical advice; responses can be incorrect.Read more
