When a color is difficult to judge, Color Vision Ally helps you make everyday choices with more confidence. Open the app and point your camera at an object to identify the color in the center of the view. Results prioritize clear everyday names and include a color swatch, a plain-language description, reliability guidance, RGB values, and a HEX value. Key features: - Live recognition: Check the colors of clothing, packaging, indicator lights, and everyday objects. - Freeze and inspect: Pause the camera, then tap anywhere to examine a specific area. - Photo recognition: Choose a photo and move the picker to inspect different colors. - Spoken results: Automatically hear a stable color result without repeatedly checking the screen. - Lighting assistance: Receive a low-light prompt and choose when to turn on the torch. - Color calibration: Reduce the effect of white-balance changes when lighting conditions change. Optional Target Color Alerts place high-contrast stripes directly over red, green, or blue-purple regions. Choose an overlay style and adjust the initial and full-coverage thresholds to suit your own color perception. Target Color Alerts are available through a monthly subscription or a lifetime unlock. Standard color identification remains free. Privacy by default: - No account is required. - Camera frames and selected photos are processed on the device. - Images are not uploaded, and no recognition history is created. - No advertising or cross-app tracking.
