Brushwise walks you through a complete oral-hygiene routine, step by step, and nudges you toward the habits dentists recommend. FOUR GUIDED STAGES • Water flosser – trace the gumline, untimed • Floss – every gap, C-shape technique, untimed • Brush – 30 seconds per quadrant, then 15 seconds on your tongue • Mouthwash – a 30-second swish, with honest advice about when it works best Each stage has a friendly animated cartoon that shows you where to go next, plus rotating "why / how / watch out" tips drawn from public guidance by the NHS, the American Dental Association and the Oral Health Foundation. FEEDBACK YOU CAN FEEL A water droplet for every step and every stage, and a chime when you finish, each with a haptic to match. Nine sets of cues to choose between, and you can turn the sound or the haptics off in Settings. SOMETHING TO LISTEN TO Pick a soundtrack for the morning and one for the night: quiet, or a built-in soundscape made on your phone as it plays. Mornings bring a warm sunrise of chords and bells or wind chimes in a breeze; nights a soft spa pad or a sound bath. The app remembers what you picked, so Start means Start. MAKE IT YOURS Switch any stage on or off for the morning or the night. Brushwise respects your choice but keeps recommending the full routine. STAY ON TRACK • Twice-daily reminders at times you choose • A seven-day history of morning and night routines, with your streak • A weekly toothbrush check and a 90-day replacement counter APPLE HEALTH Optionally log each completed brushing to the Health app as a Tooth Brushing event with its real start and end time. Brushwise only writes; it never reads your Health data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no analytics, no network. Everything stays on your phone. Brushwise offers general oral-health guidance based on public advice from dental bodies. It is not a substitute for advice from your own dentist or hygienist.
