Dot & Line

Dot & Line is Pong stripped back to its two shapes; and then quietly complicated. You are the line at the bottom. Drag anywhere to move it. The dot speeds up every time it is returned, so a long rally becomes a test of nerve. First to 11 points wins. What changes it are the perks. They drop onto the field mid-rally, and whoever last struck the ball that touches one claims it: • SPLIT SHOT: two extra balls at your opponent, and every one that gets past scores • DAMPENER: their returns come back slow, so you can reach them • SQUEEZE: their line shrinks, and hitting it again restarts the clock • BOOSTER: your own returns fly back faster, harder for them to reach Perks stick to the ball that collected them, so they can be stolen back. A rally with three balls and two perks in play is a genuine scramble. No accounts, no ads, no data collected, nothing to buy. Just a dot and a line.
