Your wooden numbers still have more to teach. Numbers brings your Marbotic Smart Numbers blocks back to life on iPad. Set a real wooden number on the screen and Munchi, a friendly little monster, counts it out loud, one berry at a time. Real hands, real blocks, real counting. We built Numbers for our own family. Our eldest learned with these blocks and the app that came with them. By the time our youngest was ready the app had gone from the App Store, and the blocks were still perfect. So we built the replacement at the kitchen table and tested it on the child it was for. THREE GAMES THAT GET HARDER AS YOUR CHILD DOES - Meet the Numbers: place any block and Munchi names it, then counts out that many berries. No goals, no wrong answers. - Count With Me: Munchi lays berries out in a ten-frame and asks how many. Your child answers with a block. - Little Sums: adding and taking away within ten, always with berries on the screen. Munchi does the taking away by eating them. Nothing unlocks and nothing is scored. Your child picks the game, so the easy one can stay the favourite for as long as they like. It needs those blocks; there is nothing to use without them. Numbers is an independent app and is not affiliated with Marbotic. The old toy still works. Now the app does too.
