Invoice Offline is a plain, fast invoicing app for people who do the work themselves — contractors, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, photographers, consultants, and anyone who bills a customer directly. Everything happens on your phone. There is no account to create, no subscription, and no server holding your books. Open the app, write the invoice, send the PDF. WRITE IT WHERE THE WORK IS • Invoices, estimates, proformas and purchase orders • Line items with quantity, unit, rate, per-line discount and per-line sales tax • Save the products and services you bill often and drop them onto an invoice with one tap • Automatic numbering per document type and per year, like INV-2026-0001 — a number is only used when you actually save, so cancelling a draft never burns one SEND A PDF THAT LOOKS LIKE YOU • Add your logo, pick an accent color, set the font size, write a footer note • Optional signature and "received by" blocks • Check the whole layout with a sample invoice before you send a real one • Share by email, message or AirDrop, save to Files, or print KNOW WHO OWES YOU • Record full or partial payments with a method and a memo • Take one payment from a customer and let the app spread it across their open invoices, oldest first — it shows you the split before anything is saved • Receivables: balance and past-due amount for every customer • Customer statement with a running balance • Sales report: revenue, tax collected, monthly trend, top sellers, products vs. services • Optional PayPal.me link with the amount already filled in CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST NAMES • Contacts, phone, email, address and tax ID • Attach photos and documents — signed contracts, W-9s, purchase orders • Save a job-site location from GPS and reopen it in Maps • A duplicate tax ID warns you instead of blocking you BUILT FOR US BILLING • Dollars, 1,234.56, MM/DD/YYYY • Sales tax set per line, with common rates ready to pick and any rate you like typed in • Subtotal, discount, tax broken out by rate, and a total that always adds up — amounts are kept as exact decimals, so nothing drifts by a cent WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It doesn't sync, there's no web version, and it can't take card payments.
