NOVAGUARD: Sky Defense

NOVAGUARD is a one-finger air defense shooter inspired by the arcade classics of the 1980s, Missile Command among them, and rebuilt for the phone in one hand. Tap anywhere in the sky and your batteries detonate an interceptor right there. No aiming stick, no buttons, no fumbling. Meteors, swarms, armoured hulks and drifting mines rain down on the last city. Every kill inside an explosion sets off another, and a well-placed shot can chain a dozen targets in a single blossoming wave of fire. SIX SECTORS, SIX BOSSES From a spined alien warship to a horned leviathan, each boss has its own trick to learn. Bosses show their health under the score: hit the exposed core, then the vents when they open, then chain a kill inside the shield. BUILD YOUR DEFENSE Upgrade your batteries between runs, choose upgrade paths that change how you play, and pick sector modules that change the rules of the sky. COME BACK EVERY DAY Chase the daily challenge, which is exactly the same for every player in the world, weekly contracts and a share card with your best chain and a challenge code for your friends. HOW TO PLAY - Tap where you want the explosion: the closest battery fires an interceptor to that point. - Destroy everything before it reaches the city. - Kills inside an explosion trigger new explosions. Aim ahead of a group to chain them and multiply your score. - Hold to charge a bigger blast. When the overcharge bar is full, drag across the sky to raise the Barrier. - Each battery has a magazine that refills over time. Chains give ammo back. - Protect the city districts. Lose them all and the run ends.
