MesaMiga

MesaMiga is a family recipe book for saving, organising and sharing the recipes that are part of your story. Digitise a recipe from a photo, multiple scanned pages, a PDF, a screenshot, pasted text or a link. MesaMiga recognises the content on device, separates ingredients and steps, and lets you review everything before saving. RECIPES & MEMORIES • Keep recipes with ingredients, steps, servings, timings, photos, notes, categories and their original source. • Log every time you cook a recipe: date, photos, event, people, rating, changes and notes for next time. • Plan your Weekly menu and build the shopping list automatically. • Search by title, ingredient, category, person, event or date. • Create shareable recipe cards and a PDF year book with your recipes and memories. FAMILY SHARING Share whole cookbooks using private iCloud invitations. You decide who can view or edit them. Your personal cooking history, private photos and nutrition data are never included in shared cookbooks. MY NUTRITION MesaMiga includes an optional module, off by default, for organising follow-up with your dietitian: keep their plan, maintain a journal, record goals and measurements, prepare questions and create a report for an appointment. Optionally, you can connect Apple Health through HealthKit. MesaMiga can view the nutrition types you select and manually save dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, total fat, fibre or water. Every write requires you to enter the value and tap “Save to Apple Health”; there is no automatic Health syncing. Data read from Health is shown only inside My nutrition and is not copied to iCloud, analytics, advertising systems, AI services or other external services. MesaMiga does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a healthcare professional or dietitian. PRIVACY • No advertising or tracking. • No extra account: your recipes use your iCloud for syncing. • On-device recipe recognition. • My nutrition uses a separate local database and is not synced with iCloud. • You decide what to share and can export or delete your data.
