Tankbook: Fuel & Mileage Log

Tankbook keeps fuel, service and other car costs in one log. It is available in English and Russian. Your records live on your phone, and you can take them out with the photos attached. Keep the history when you change phones Use the log without an account or a connection. It opens, records and calculates offline. If you sign in later, you can sync and restore across your devices. Export is free and complete: the archive contains the receipt images as files alongside the records. You can restore that archive on a new phone. There is no subscription, paid tier, in-app purchase or advertising in this version. Several cars, import, reminders and the full export are included. We do not sell data to advertisers. Photograph it or type it A fuel receipt can pre-fill litres, price, total, date and station. Without a receipt, photograph the pump display: the reader works on your phone and fills the total, litres and price it can read. You can also type an entry from the start. Tankbook remembers your usual station, fuel and currency. Check a scan beside its photo before saving. Correct the figures against the image. Some receipts need a field corrected; the app leaves values editable after saving, too. If a pump figure is missing or cannot be checked, enter it yourself and keep the photo with the entry. A capture does not save an entry on its own. Shop receipts and parking tickets can become expenses. A service invoice can become a service record with itemised lines to review. See how a total was checked Litres × price per litre = total. If the figures disagree, Tankbook warns you and leaves them for you to correct. Consumption is calculated from your fill-ups, with the working shown. The log covers: - Fill-ups with litres, price, total, odometer, station and fuel type - Consumption in L/100 km or MPG, cost per kilometre and monthly spending - Service, repairs, parts, tyres, insurance and taxes, with photos - Petrol, diesel and hybrid records for several cars, each with its own history and statistics - Reminders by date or odometer, with a record of completed work - Older fill-ups and service work entered after the fact Bring records from Drivvo or My Fuel Manager. Review the import before anything is written to your log. For a fill-up abroad, the entry keeps what you paid and its value in your car's currency at that day's rate. The rate is fixed when you save. Expenses and service bills keep their currency in the same way.
