SITE DIM turns your iPhone into a jobsite quantity-survey tool. No more tape measure or manual calculations: aim, tap, and the app calculates the area for you — right on site. HOW IT WORKS Unlike standard measuring apps that only give you a distance, SITE DIM traces a complete polygon in augmented reality and automatically closes the shape to calculate a real area, ready to drop into your quotes and estimates. AVAILABLE SURVEYS • Wall — wall area, with openings (doors, windows) subtracted • Floor — floor area • Ceiling — ceiling area • Roof — slope × façade calculation • Linear — trim, baseboards, and other lengths, with optional height measured in AR • Land — full topographic survey: perimeter, interior points, excavation volume calculated from depth and a reference point, with a 3D render of the existing lot and the planned excavation LiDAR PRECISION On iPhones with a LiDAR sensor, SITE DIM uses the scene's 3D mesh for reliable point placement even at a distance — a level of accuracy standard measuring apps don't offer.
