Prime Farmers

Prime Farmers is an online grocery shopping app that lets you browse, order, and receive fresh farm products at your doorstep. Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). The app may ask for notification permission so you can receive updates about offers, order status, and delivery. Location may be used to check whether we deliver to your area. The home screen shows featured products, special offers, and categories. Bottom navigation gives quick access to Home, Categories, Cart, Orders, and Account. Browse grocery items such as milk, fruits, vegetables, and other everyday products, search the catalogue, view details, and add items to your cart. In Cart and Checkout, you can update quantities and review pricing, discounts, taxes, and delivery details before placing an order. Available payment methods may include Wallet, Cash on Delivery (COD), and online payment via Razorpay. Add money to your Wallet and pay with the available balance. If the balance is not enough, recharge your Wallet or choose another payment method. After an order is placed, track it through stages such as Placed, Confirmed, Packed, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You can also receive notifications about order and delivery updates. Download the invoice for any order that has not been cancelled. The invoice includes product prices, discounts, taxes, and the final amount. Need regular deliveries? Subscribe to selected products and have them delivered on a schedule. Subscription charges are taken from your Wallet before each delivery. In Account, update your profile, add or edit delivery addresses, keep a wishlist, view wallet transactions, and log out securely. You can delete your account if you no longer wish to use the app. After deletion, the associated mobile number is deactivated and cannot be used to sign in again unless it is reactivated by an administrator through customer support. Prime Farmers makes grocery shopping simple, from browsing products and placing orders to tracking deliveries and managing your account.
