Velox Care Nurse

Velox Care Nurse is a shift-management companion app for registered nurses who work through nurse-staffing agencies in South Africa. Agencies and healthcare facilities post and assign shifts ("bookings") through the Velox Care platform; nurses use this app to view their assigned shifts, communicate with the agency/facility about a specific booking, clock in/out at the facility via QR code, and keep their contact/profile details up to date. It solves the problem of paper-based/phone-based shift coordination between nursing agencies and healthcare facilities, giving nurses a single place to see and manage their upcoming work. Target audience: registered nurses affiliated with a staffing agency onboarded onto Velox Care. This is not a consumer/general-public app, accounts are provisioned by the nurse's agency or facility administrator.
