pctrs

pctrs is a quiet place for your pictures. An ad-free home for photography: no ranking, no public counts, your photographs front and center. Your cabinet holds your work in the order you choose, and opens on its folios and its pictures. Folios are sequences you make, with a statement; pin one and it leads. Rolls cut the same pictures by the day you shot them. Your name in the bar opens your About page: your words, your links, the bag in a line, and the cabinet in numbers. The locker keeps the gear behind the pictures, read from your photographs. Each piece has a page of its own: the pictures made with it, a picture of the piece found for you or your own, its manual, and for you alone a ledger of what it cost and where it went. In the bag, on the shelf, in the collection, or formerly: the locker knows. The wall shows everyone's photographs, reshuffled on every visit. Four themes, architecture, animals, botanicals and landscapes, narrow it to what you came for. A photograph can be private, or shared by its link with a note of your own. A folio has two doors: its plain address, and a side door made from three words that opens the whole thing. A free cabinet holds 5 photographs. Yearly support opens more room at three levels: Supporter, Backer and Founder. Each is an auto-renewing yearly subscription billed to your Apple ID, managed or cancelled in Settings.
