The forecast is computed and cached on your iPhone, so the app also works offline. HONEST ABOUT ITS LIMITS The forecast is for the U.S. average; your local station also reflects local taxes and competition. It is a simple, transparent statistical model — good at the ordinary week-to-week drift of prices, blind to sudden refinery or supply shocks.
