OnStage Organiser

OnStage Organiser is the companion app for organisers running events on OnStage. Sign in with your organisation's OnStage login and your events are all there: check people in at the door, watch the event as it happens, and deal with whatever comes up without going back to a laptop. CHECK-IN AND ATTENDANCE • Scan a participant's QR code, or search by name, to check them in • Track attendance session by session • Scan to hand out points, and redeem passes such as drinks or photo-booth tokens PEOPLE AND TEAMS • Add, edit and import participants, and organise them into teams • Review photo IDs and travel documents • See each person's progress, points and badges in one place LIVE EVENT • A live overview of who has joined and what they are playing • The leaderboard, updated as points come in • Approve or reject challenge submissions and social-wall posts • Send announcements and push notifications, and answer help-desk requests • Run polls, Q&A and live quizzes YOUR TEAM • Give each helper their own login, switch them off after the event, reset passwords • One login can belong to several organisations; switch between them in a tap OnStage Organiser is for event organisers and their staff. Participants use their event's own app. You need an OnStage organiser account to sign in; your organisation's admin can add you.
