Pulse: Soccer Session Planner

Pulse is a training tool for coaches who do everything themselves. Draw a drill straight onto a pitch. Save it. Build it into a session. Set your lineup for the weekend. That's the whole app — two jobs, done properly, with nothing else in the way. Everything works offline and lives on your phone. There is no account to create, no email to hand over, and no internet connection required. Open the app and you are one tap from drawing. PLAN A DRILL Sketch on a full pitch, a half, a third, or a blank canvas. Place players, cones, goals and balls. Draw passes, shots, runs and dribbles. Mark out zones. Everything can be moved, rotated, resized and recoloured until the drill reads the way you see it in your head. Save a drill and it joins your library, ready to reuse next week. BUILD A SESSION Pull saved drills into a session and put them in order. Give each block a type — warm-up, technical, possession, pressing, whatever it is — and write the coaching points you want to hit. Set a duration and Pulse totals the session for you. SET A LINEUP Pick your squad size — 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11 — then a formation, then arrange your players on the pitch. Change the formation and the names come with them. Add substitutes. Choose how the lineup looks: plain white pitch or mown stripes, circle markers or jerseys, blank markers or numbers or positions, and your own team and keeper colours. SHARE IT Export a drill or a lineup as an image, or a full session as a PDF, and send it straight from the share sheet. AirDrop it to an assistant, drop it in the team chat, or text it to a parent. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — the file is made on your phone and goes wherever you send it. BUILT FOR ONE COACH Pulse is for the person running a team on their own: club, high school, or competitive youth. It does not try to be a club management platform. There are no rosters to maintain, no dashboards, no notifications chasing you to come back. Just a clipboard that draws.
