Fjallout Bakery is the order-ahead app for the Fjallout Ranch Farm to Table store — a family operation in the high canyon country southwest of Colorado Springs. Everything is baked to order in our ranch kitchen under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act: naturally fermented sourdough loaves, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and cookies sweetened with honey and erythritol — never refined sugar — plus pasture-raised eggs collected daily. ORDER AHEAD Browse the week's menu with full ingredient lists, build your basket, and pick your day. Every order is confirmed personally by text or email. DELIVERY OR FREE SCHOOL-LINE PICKUP We deliver across the Colorado Springs area within 3 business days (free at $50+), or meet us in the Cheyenne Mountain Junior High pickup line at 3:15 PM on school days — no fee. PAY YOUR WAY Pay up front by card through Stripe's secure checkout, or choose Venmo and pay the request we send when your order is confirmed. THE ROLL CLUB A standing order of cinnamon sourdough rolls at the member price, baked into every Monday run — learn about it and join from the app. FEEDING A CROWD Catering trays for events, standing corporate orders with a discount at every level, and school events — bake sales to classroom parties — with one-tap inquiries.
