KxN Scan: a private document scanner. PDFs, pages and recognised text stay on your phone unless you share them. Free, no ads, no account needed. Point the camera at a page and snap. KxN finds the edges, straightens the page and works out which way up the text reads, so a stack of pages photographed on a desk comes out as a clean, upright, multi-page PDF. OCR runs on the phone and adds a searchable, copyable text layer to every page. Latin and East Asian scripts are supported. Everything in Scan happens on your device. The only exceptions are sharing a PDF yourself, or connecting to a KxN server and choosing to upload. KxN Meet takes brief notes of a meeting you take part in. Speech is detected on the phone and processed transiently to produce notes on your organisation's server; no recording and no transcript is kept. A copyable notice for participants is built in. KxN Chat is a quick, messaging-style way to ask your organisation's KxN assistant a question about your documents, tables or the web. Messages sent while offline are queued and sent when you are back online, and replies arrive as notifications when you are elsewhere. Meet and Chat require a KxN account provided by your organisation. There is nothing to buy or subscribe to inside the app. Without an account, Scan works in full. PERMISSIONS Camera: to scan pages.
