KScrigno

KScrigno is an application for managing files and programming dynamic URLs on NXP MIFARE DESFire EV3 NFC tags. It is designed to securely store confidential information on the tag and support NFC-based identification, attendance monitoring, and tracking services in combination with the KScrigno Dynamic URL Server. A key feature of KScrigno is its integration with the Dynamic URL Server through the NDEF format. This allows URLs to be read without a dedicated app: simply bring a mobile device close to the tag to open the URL in the device’s default browser. Each time the tag is read, it generates a URL containing an incrementing counter. The dynamic URL cannot be modified, as it is protected by a MAC (Message Authentication Code) generated by the tag, acting as a digital seal. This makes dynamic URLs particularly suitable for integration with management systems, where simply reading a tag can trigger an action and automatically record an event. KScrigno Dynamic Url Server Dynamic URLs can be integrated into systems such as: Guard Tour Management – tags are used as checkpoints that operators must reach and scan along a designated route. Attendance Monitoring – check-in and check-out events are recorded quickly and automatically. Passage Tracking – each scan is associated with a specific tag, checkpoint, operator, date, and time. Service Activation – the physical presence of a person is verified before a service is activated.
