About
The Pebble Club is a friendship app made for autistic adults. Instead of profiles to swipe and awkward small talk, you make friends by doing things together: a game of chess or battleships, a puzzle you solve as a pair, a maze where one of you guides and the other walks. If making friends feels like hard work, if social anxiety makes first messages exhausting, or if loneliness has crept in since school or university ended, the club is a calmer way to meet people who get it. Talking is always optional and never rushed. When you do want to chat, the app helps: a daily question prompt gives you both something to answer, and photo prompts give you something to share. Real conversations grow from there. Made to be calm. No feeds, no streaks, no likes, no timers. Nothing flashes or nags, and nothing is designed to overstimulate. You can archive a chat without drama, and nobody is ever told you said no. What you can do: - Play games together: Noughts & Crosses, Connect 4, Battleships and Chess - Solve things together: Wordsmith, Nonogram, Jigsaw and the Guided Maze - Answer a daily question prompt with each other - Share photos and swap songs - Chat like any messenger, with replies and reactions Why autistic adults join: - Meeting people over a game takes away the pressure of small talk - One person at a time, never a crowd or a group chat - A low-stimulation space when social apps feel like too much - Somewhere loneliness is understood, not judged Friendship should not be hard work. Come and play.Read more
