AuditPass AI: Consent Audit

AuditPass AI is a field-compliance auditing tool for operators who are held to a written standard — a food-safety SOP, an OSHA checklist, a franchise brand standard, a fleet pre-trip procedure. It takes that standard, turns it into a working field checklist, and grades the evidence you capture against it. WHAT IT DOES • Ingest a standard. Pick a pre-built compliance template, or upload your own SOP or inspection document as a PDF. AuditPass structures it into a checklist with an explicit pass criterion for each item. • Audit in the field. For every checklist item, capture a photo, record a voice note, or mark it manually. The capture button is the viewfinder — one tap, then keep moving. Built for gloves, one hand, and low light. • Grade the evidence. A vision model compares each evidence photo against that item's stated pass criterion ("walk-in cooler must read 40°F or below, thermometer visible in frame") and returns pass / fail / needs-review with a confidence score and a one-line rationale. You review and can override every result; the report records the provider used, the confidence score, and any human override. • Track the failures. Every failed item automatically becomes a corrective action with an owner, a due date, and a re-audit requirement. • Close the audit into paperwork. AuditPass generates a timestamped, photo-embedded PDF compliance report locally, and can auto-fill an official regulator or franchise PDF form from your business profile and audit answers. WHAT IT IS NOT AuditPass does not identify or label objects in general photos, does not generate images, and has no chat assistant. Its only use of AI is grading specific evidence against a specific written pass criterion inside an audit, and that grading is always advisory and overridable.
