Stint: Visa & Tax Day Counter

Stint keeps a day by day record of which country you were in, and measures it against the limits that actually apply to you. Not a subscription. One payment, and it stays yours. WHAT IT COUNTS Schengen 90/180, on a real rolling window that sheds old days as they age. A 183 day tax year, in any country, on the calendar or on a tax year of its own. The UK test, which only counts a day if you were there at midnight. The US substantial presence test, weighted across three years. A visa or permit between two fixed dates. And the one nobody else counts: a residency minimum you have to reach, where the risk is running out of calendar rather than overstaying. Run as many at once as you need. A Schengen count and a tax year count are different questions. IT COUNTS BY ITSELF Stint uses only significant location changes and visits, the low power signal iOS already tracks, so it keeps working with the app closed without eating your battery. It also takes one reading each time you open the app, so a missed day is fixed by opening it. Days between two confirmed sightings of the same country are filled in. Days between two different countries are not guessed at, they are shown to you as a short list to confirm. A wrong day in a tax count is worse than a missing one. Nothing is stored as a running total, so a figure can never quietly drift between one launch and the next. The image itself is never opened, copied or uploaded, and all of it happens on your phone.
