Automation Doctor

Automation Doctor helps you inspect and safely repair Home Assistant automations from your iPhone or iPad. Connect directly to your Home Assistant server to review automation inventory, evidence, traces, and configuration. The app identifies common issues such as missing, unavailable, or disabled entities; device and area problems; unsupported services; required fields; malformed sections; and failed trace steps. Automation Doctor is read-only by default. When a supported repair is available, you review the exact proposed change, enter Repair Mode, and confirm before anything is written. Every applied change starts with an immutable backup and is followed by a read-back verification. You can inspect history and roll back a verified change. Your Home Assistant credentials and diagnostic data stay on your device. Diagnostic exports are created only when you choose to share them and are designed to redact sensitive details. Automation Doctor is a companion for investigation and careful repair. Always review changes before applying them.
