Resum: Voice Notes to Text

Some voice notes arrive at the worst possible moment. You are on a train, in a meeting, next to a sleeping baby, or simply not up for four minutes of someone thinking out loud. Share the voice note into Resum and read it instead. TRANSCRIPTS ARE FREE, ALWAYS Every voice note you share becomes text you can read, search, and copy. No minute counter, no account, no limit. Long messages are welcome: a six-minute note takes seconds. Got a burst of them? Share them all at once and they become one conversation, in the order they were sent. A SUMMARY WHEN THE MESSAGE IS LONG Resum also writes a short summary, gathers what you have been asked to do, and lists the questions waiting for an answer. Each task and question carries the speaker's own words, so you can see exactly where it came from. Anything Resum cannot find in the recording is marked as unverified rather than presented as fact — you should not have to answer a question nobody asked. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR IPHONE The transcript and the summary are both computed on this device. Your audio is never uploaded. There is no server to leak it, because there is no server: that is how Resum is built, not a checkbox in its settings. AN ARCHIVE THAT STAYS USABLE Everything you share is kept and searchable by any word that was spoken — accents and case included, so "reunion" finds "reunión". Notes are grouped by day and can be filtered down to favourites, to the ones carrying tasks, or to where they came from. Rename any note; star the ones that matter. REPLY IN POINTS Resum drafts a numbered reply to the questions in the voice note, in the language it was spoken — not the language of your phone. It never writes the answers for you. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY · Transcription works on any iPhone running iOS 26, in more than 50 languages, including Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Catalan. · Summaries use Apple Intelligence and therefore need an iPhone that supports it. They are available in Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese and Chinese. Russian is transcribed but not yet summarised — Apple's on-device model does not support it. · The first voice note in a new language downloads that language from Apple, which can take a few minutes. It happens once, and Resum shows the progress. · Resum has no recorder and no player: it turns voice notes other people sent you into text you can read.
