The decision is the hard part. A fracture can wait forty seconds. A hemorrhage can wait fifteen. Rushing to the most critical patient isn’t always the right call—sometimes, it’s exactly how you lose two. **HOW TO PLAY** One finger. Portrait mode. One-handed. Tap a patient and the doctor crosses the camp to reach them. While he’s moving, you’re already deciding who comes next. Three tools can change what’s happening right now: • **STEP** shortens your current travel time • **SHOCK** speeds up the treatment in progress • **SYRINGE** stabilizes a patient whose condition is deteriorating All three recharge over time, and none of them is your only way out. Every campaign level is checked individually to make sure it can be beaten without using a single tool. They give you breathing room—not a free pass. **WHAT TURNS UP THE PRESSURE** • **Supplies** — your bag runs empty, and the supply station is far from the stretcher • **Reassessment** — a patient you already treated starts getting worse again • **Weather** — blizzards, rain, and storms reshape the map in the middle of your shift • **Waves** — new patients arrive before a stretcher becomes available • **Blocked routes** — the shortcut closes, and the detour costs precious seconds The game never hides the math.
