Your assigned trips, clearly organized. eCargo Driver is the focused driver companion for the eCargo freight platform. Built for drivers working with companies on eCargo, it keeps assigned trips, pickup and delivery stops, load details, and trip-progress updates together in one straightforward workspace. VIEW YOUR ASSIGNMENTS See the trips assigned to you by your company and check whether each journey is planned or active. Open a trip to review its stops, attached loads, vehicle information, and available tracking details. KNOW YOUR NEXT STOP Keep pickup and delivery locations close at hand. Review stop status, trip information, and the details your company has provided before continuing your journey. CHECK LOAD DETAILS See the loads attached to an assigned trip, including origin, destination, reference number, equipment type, and weight when available. SHARE TRIP PROGRESS With your permission, eCargo Driver can send periodic location snapshots for assigned, tracking-enabled trips. These updates help your carrier company and the load owner follow trip progress and pickup or delivery milestones. You can also request a location sync from the Driver home screen. During an assigned, tracking-enabled trip, eCargo Driver uses location in the background to share periodic progress updates with your carrier company and the load owner, even when the app is not in use or the screen is locked. Location access must be granted for this feature. Update timing and availability depend on tracking settings, connectivity, and your device's background restrictions. STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPANY Accept a driver invitation from your company and enable notifications for invitations, trip assignments, changes, and cancellations. MAKE IT YOURS Choose your preferred supported language and a light, dark, or automatic appearance. Review location access, notification choices, privacy information, and account controls in Driver settings. GETTING STARTED An eCargo account and active driver access through your company are required to view assigned trips. Ask your company owner or dispatcher to invite you as a driver and assign your trips. Available information depends on the details your company provides. eCargo Driver is the driver companion, not the freight marketplace for posting or bidding on loads.
