Escape Rope: TCG Collection

Escape Rope turns a shelf of binders into a collection you can actually see. Point the camera at a card and it reads the collector number printed in the corner — 001/102, 173/182 — resolves it against a catalogue of 20,444 English cards, and files it under the right set and the right printing. No typing card names. No working out which of the twelve Pikachus you are holding. WHAT IT DOES • Scan with the camera. Text recognition runs on your device; the photo never leaves your phone. • Add by hand when you want to. All 174 English sets are browsable — pick a card, tap +, swipe to the next one. • Keep printings straight. Normal, reverse holo and holo are separate entries with their own quantities, because to a collector they are separate cards. • Watch sets fill up. Per-set completion across all 174 sets, sortable and filterable down to what you own or what you are missing. • Build binders. File cards you already own into named binders. Filing never double-counts — a binder points at the card, it does not copy it. • Follow the value. Market prices, a portfolio total, your most valuable cards, and a history chart you can drag through by date. • Search the whole catalogue by name, fuzzy enough to survive a typo. BUILT AGAINST REAL BINDERS The scanner reads the printed collector number rather than trying to match the picture, because the number is the part of a card that identifies it exactly. Everything in the app was built and tested against actual binders — a full Base Set went through it before anyone else saw it. HONEST ABOUT A FEW THINGS • English sets only — 174 of them, from Base Set forward. • Prices are market figures gathered from public marketplace data and shown in USD. They are an estimate of what a card trades for, not an appraisal, and figures quoted in other currencies are converted at the European Central Bank's daily rate. • Scanning needs the corner of the card legible. Older cards print the number very small, and a few early sets are genuinely hard to read — the whole catalogue is one tap away when a scan cannot be sure. PRIVACY No analytics. No advertising. No tracking, no third-party SDK collecting anything, nothing handed to a data broker. Your card photos stay on your device. Delete your account from the Profile tab and the account, the collection, the binders and the history all go with it, immediately and permanently. ONE PURCHASE Buying the app buys all of it.
