Cabinet Scan turns the paper and PDFs in your life into tidy, well-named documents — and builds a private picture of what they mean. Scan a letter, invoice, contract, payslip or form. Cabinet Scan captures it with edge detection, reads it, gives it a sensible file name and a short summary, and files it into a life-area folder — Housing, Finance, Insurance, Employment, Tax and more. DASHBOARD Your current home, employer, insurance policies, loans, subscriptions and dependents at a glance — plus what renews or falls due next, and a "What changed" feed when a new document updates the picture. ASK Ask about your own documents in plain language. Answers cite the exact pages they come from. Switch to a domain expert — tax, housing, insurance, health, mobility — for guidance framed around your country's rules, forms and deadlines. LIFE PICTURE SCORE A simple measure of how complete your records are, with a short list of what to add next. ONE TO-DO LIST FOR EVERYTHING When a document calls for a response — pay this, reply by that date — it becomes an item in one to-do list drawn from every document. See what's due this week, snooze, check items off, or add your own. Optional reminders. ON-DEVICE BY DEFAULT By default there is no account and nothing about your documents leaves the device. Scanning and text recognition always run on device; with AI analysis off, the file name and key-facts card are produced on device with no network, and Ask is hidden. Two optional switches can change this: OPTIONAL AI ANALYSIS Turn on "Use AI analysis" for written summaries, the LifeGraph, Ask and the "For you" feed. Only the recognised text of a document — plus, for Ask and "For you", your on-device LifeGraph, a short document index and open to-dos — is sent to Cabinet Scan's analysis service in the EU. Scan images are never sent, except a Photo Note you take yourself. The service has no account, stores none of your content, and keeps only anonymous load logs. OPTIONAL CLOUD SYNC Turn on Cloud Sync to create an account (email + password) and back your documents, their details and your LifeGraph up to private EU storage readable only by you, so they reach your other devices and the web. Off by default. "Delete account" in Settings erases everything stored in it. YOU HOLD THE DELETE KEY Every document is kept in an on-device History, left out of device backups. Remove any entry any time. "Erase everything" in Settings clears all documents, the LifeGraph and to-dos in one step. NO TRACKING No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics SDK. Data leaves the device only through the optional switches above. Requires an iPhone with a camera, iOS 17 or later. On-device text recognition covers English and German; with AI analysis on, most languages are understood and summaries can be English or German.
