Tip Top B2B Clients is the booking app for service centres and dealerships that use Tip Top Drivers to move customer vehicles. Accounts are provided by Tip Top Drivers. There is no public sign-up — if your business is not already registered with us, please get in touch with our team before downloading. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Book a pickup or a drop. Tell us whether we are collecting a vehicle from your customer or returning it, add the customer and vehicle details, choose the address, and set the schedule. • See the fare before you confirm. Distance, estimated travel time and cost are worked out as you build the booking, using your agreed rate card. • Track every trip. Follow the assigned driver on a live map, with the route taken and each stage of the journey from pickup through to completion. • Check vehicle condition at both ends. Inspection photos taken by the driver before and after the trip are shown side by side, so you can see the condition of the vehicle when it left and when it arrived. • Manage your team. Add staff to your account, and enable or disable their access whenever you need to. • Understand your volume. Daily and monthly booking charts, a breakdown by service type, and revenue over any period you choose.
