URA is the training and community app for Amway Independent Business Owners. Anyone can explore it. Members sign in for the full library and their team. Who URA is and the public record you can check for yourself, a plain-language FAQ, long-form articles, and a library of videos and podcasts that play right here in the app. No sign-up and no email required. WHO MEMBERSHIP IS FOR URA is an Amway-Approved Provider, a designation held under contract with Amway Corp to supply training, events, and business tools to the independent businesses in the lines of sponsorship it serves. Every IBO in those lines can join, and that group grows continuously as members sponsor new IBOs. Each member is a separately registered independent business, not an employee of URA or of anyone else. HOW TO JOIN Request access in the app with your own IBO number and the number of the IBO who introduced you. Every Amway business has a sponsoring IBO, so every applicant has one. We confirm your number and email you a link to set your password. Married co-owners share a single IBO number: one of you requests access, then invites the other from Profile. WHAT MEMBERS GET TRAINING LIBRARY Hundreds of hours of audio and video from URA leaders, organized into shelves by topic and speaker. Build playlists, save what you want to return to, and keep listening with the screen off. YOUR TEAM See your line of association. Message members one to one or in group channels. Keep up with recognition and announcements in the community feed. CALENDAR Meetings, seminars, and functions in one place, with RSVPs and tickets. THE FUNDAMENTALS Track the daily activities your mentors teach. Work through the 90-day starter plan. Keep your goals and gameplan somewhere you will actually revisit. YOUR LIST A simple place to track who you have talked to and what comes next. RECORDS Log business income and expenses through the year so tax time is not a scramble.
